Graduating seniors are encouraged to report any scholarships and/or financial awards they have accepted so they may be recognized on the district website. Scholarships and financial awards may be provided by colleges and universities, school and community organizations, National Merit, foundations, or employers. While monetary amounts will not be published, students will be recognized for the honor and achievement of receiving these awards. Reported scholarships and financial awards will be included as part of the Class of 2026 graduation information highlighted on the district website and accessible through the QR code in the commencement program.

Please complete the Google form below to report any scholarships and/or financial awards you have accepted for your plans after graduation. An official document from the issuing college or university, scholarship committee, or organization must be uploaded with your submission.

The following information will be published:

• Student name
• Scholarship or award name
• Issuing institution or organization

Monetary amounts will not be posted
